Lisa is a Thai entrepreneur based in South Korea for over a decade, specializing in cross-border business development between Korea and Southeast Asia. Leveraging an extensive regional network and global business experience, she connects investors with premium real estate opportunities through Monarch Standard. She is also the founder of an established entertainment and business consultancy with offices in Korea, Thailand, and Indonesia, leading international partnerships, celebrity collaborations, and large-scale projects across Asia.
Ryan Tarrarinn
Ryan combines expertise in luxury real estate, home design, and home staging to deliver a curated experience for discerning local and international clients. As a Home Staging Project Director in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ryan completed over 600 luxury residential projects, working alongside top real estate producers across Silicon Valley and San Francisco while serving high-net-worth clientele. Combined with extensive expertise in Bangkok's luxury and ultra-luxury condominiums and private residences, as well as strong relationships with Thailand's leading developers, he provides exceptional market insight and personalized guidance across sales, rentals, resales, and new project developments.
